Behind the Music

I was inspired by the Bob Barker and Sea Shepherd crews to create an album that would mirror the emotional journey these crews faced in the chapter, ‘Storming The Thunder.’ Each track is meant to highlight feelings the crew might have experienced at each point in the chase: from the perseverance and adrenaline tied to the close encounters with the Thunder, to the feelings of exhaustion during moments of respite - finally culminating with the relief the crew felt watching The Thunder be swallowed by the ocean.

While I hope the public is able to experience chasing the Thunder through my music, I also want to dedicate my album to the Bob Barker and Sea Shepherd crews. I hope that they may listen to these songs in reminiscence of their feat — the longest chase in nautical history.
