I was incredibly excited when Ian reached out to me about the project. That excitement and intrigue only grew when he sent me the materials for the project and I was given the chance to see the things truly happening in the world. People across the globe need to make noise about this situation, which is what I’ve tried to do with my contributions to this collaboration. Music always has a story or meaning and, for me, it’s also a massive form of self-expression. I conveyed all the emotions I felt reading the tales of The Outlaw Ocean into my tracks, and I believe everyone who listens will experience that with me.
